Comprehensive Caring Joins Together... When the going gets ruff!
We seek the help of even more animal humane organizations, rescue groups, foster homes and social services specialists to join our network to create a national database to render aid the newly-disabled and their companion pets during a health crisis.

- Display true synergy of mutual effort within area rescue organizations that serve pets and those that serve the disabled already, separately and individually.
